If you've purchased multiple products, we will typically send all the products in the same package. There have been occasions that we've run out of products in which case we will contact you to let you know that we are backordered on an item and it will arrive at a specified date.
If you've purchased multiple items and haven't received them all in your package, we apologize for the error and would like to make it up to you. Please contact us with your order/invoice id, your name and shipping address. This will help us look up your order quickly to determine if we need to send you another package.
